Working Together.

Our ability to work together is suitable for people who have have done personal development work before, are aware of their trauma history and have done some healing work around it (it doesn’t mean it has to be healed or resolved), and are comfortable with embodiment experiences, and more mindfulness and spirituality based exercises and ritual/ceremony. This is non-religious, but deeply spiritual healing work.

I combine a unique array of approaches from mindfulness based, intuitive guidance to embodied and somatic (body focused), expression. I offer a spiritual framework (non-denominational focus) with supported research and consider the space I hold for my clients to be incredibly sacred. I have a dynamic approach that requires reflective listening. You can expect engagement, loving challenges; I roll up my sleeves to dig deeper with you as well as guide you through this adventure.

My clients often comment their transformation moves from being in their head to being more in their heart and then learning to live from this center of Being. I call this operating from an Open Intelligent Heart when you Heart and Mind are in sync and you have a good gut feeling.

All my clients comment they feel deeply accepted and seen without judgement, with love and compassion; this connection is a deeply sacred and transformative healing agent.

On our 30 minute initial consultation, this time allows for us to connect and feel into whether we are the right fit for each other. I know choosing to work with someone we resonate with is integral for us to trust, be open and vulnerable; some keys to the magic that can unlock in this relationship.

There are no strings attached, no hidden sales pitch, no further obligations. If I do not feel I have the right skills to support you at this time, the consultation gives us an opportunity to explore other options.

I would be deeply honoured to walk by your side, as your guide, companion and cheerleader, and offer you my heart, acceptance, strength, soft place to land, and love.
